Enhance some Rune to about a "2016" upgrade.
I may add or change it if I feel like it.
1.Savage is 30-60% faster than vanilla, also applies to chainsaws.
Chainsaw kill is 80% faster than vanilla based on "Chainsaw Savagery"(Fundamental Modpacks)
2.Extends the duration of the Blood Fuel effect by 60%.
3.Doubles the inertia control value of Air control
Attention: Some actions, such as using the MeatHook or activating the Destroyer Blade while jumping, are affected by Air control and may be prone to operational errors.Personally, I do not recommend its use.
