adjusts the reload rate of the shotgun from 2 to 1, adjusts the plasma gun ammo cells to give 50 and 100 instead of 25 and 50, adjusts the rockets to give 4 and 8 instead of 5 and 10, adjusts the hand grenade pick up item to give 4 instead of 5

changes the reload rate of the shotgun from 2 to 1 as the player is shown only reloading one shell at a time
changes the plasma gun cell ammo pick ups from 25 and 50 to 50 and 100, so that the clips that you pick up actually match what you put in the gun
