Chages visuals of pick ups and other glowing stuff to look less glowing and more realistic.

Put .zip to mods folder. ReadMe also there.
Inspired/based on Czech_Death mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/doom/mods/13), but doesn't delete glowing effect completly - only softens it.

Installation of ModLoader
- Download "DoomModLoader.zip" from https://github.com/ZwipZwapZapony/DOOMModLoader/releases/tag/v0.3
- Extract ModLoader.exe and mods folder to Doom 2016 Main Folder (one where DOOMx64.exe is)
Alternatively install DoomLauncher: https://github.com/brunoanc/DOOMLauncher
