The two Zombies fighting with a Revenant have been swapped for Shotgun Soldiers
Just before the first arena, the Hell Razer you run into has been swapped for a Shotgun Soldier
Right after, the Mancubus you run into (that's paired with a Revenant) has been swapped for a Cyber-Mancubus
During the first arena, the Cacodemons have been replaced with 3 Shotgun Soldiers

Overview Kadingir Sanctum has had every combat encounter reworked, creating a much more intense and challenging experience. This mod is meant to be played on a save that has already complete the game, with a fully kitted out Slayer, with all weapons, runes, and upgrades acquired. If you want to try this with a new game, feel free, but it is most definitely not balanced around that, not to mention that I am unsure if this mod will affect your progression.
