Version 3
The firing sound, regardless of upgrades or Mastery, has been changed to the punchier "Uranium Coating" firing sound to better reflect the nature of the weapon. You will only notice this change if you do not have the "Uranium Coating" upgrade, otherwise, the weapon will already be using that firing sound.
The reload sound has also been changed to sound more like an actual reload
A cylindrical effect has been added to the Precision Bolt's projectile, increasing its diameter by a tiny amount, allowing you to hit targets that you might have normally missed. This is the same effect that is also present for Eternal's Precision Bolt.
When Mastered, the Precision Bolt will now also inflict 100 points of splash damage in a small radius around the projectile's point of impact. In return, the Mastery now no longer provides a 20% damage boost.
Fixed a bug where the Precision Bolt would consume 2 bullets/shot instead of 6, if the Micro-Missiles were used beforehand.
Changed the reticle to use an edit of the vanilla scope's reticle. The reticle will now "unload" when reloading/empty, and "load in" once the weapon is ready to be fired. The Pistol's secondary fire reticle is no longer affected.

Fixed a bug where the reload speed upgrade (Skull Cracker) would affect the Micro-Missiles' rate of fire. Thanks to Allstin for bringing this to my attention!
The Heavy Assault Rifle's "Tactical Scope" has been reworked into a high damage single-shot firing mode, similar to Eternal's "Precision Bolt". Shots fired while scoped in will deal 500 damage at the cost of 6 rifle ammo, while taking 1.5 seconds to reload. The time it takes to scope in has also been halved, from 150ms down to 75ms. A cylindrical effect has been added to the Precision Bolt's projectile, increasing its diameter by a tiny amount, allowing you to hit targets that you might have normally missed. These are the same features that are also present for Eternal's Precision Bolt. The scope's reticle will now "unload" when reloading/empty, and "load in" once the weapon is ready to be fired. An audio cue will also play when the weapon is done reloading.
