Changes to make the Definitive Edition more of the Definitive Edition to play on. Increased FOV, Debug Menu, and turbo mode increases!

This began as me just making mods for the game, but as I went through modding the game I noticed the process was too hard for the average person or required too much drive space for what it was. So I decided to just combine everything I would like to see in this game into a single update package to keep it as simple as possible.
Requirements:
Jailbroken PS4
Unpatched copy of CUSA-01022
Changelist as follows:
- Increased FOV
- Debug Menu enabled
- Increased Turbo
- Style Rank Announcer Restoration
Planned Changes:
- Reduced Damage output for Dante & Vergil
- Make Turbo Mode increase optional
- Make style rank announcer optional
- Restores Dante HUD changing corresponding to what mode he is in
- Removal of restrictions of gun special in angel/demon mode.
- Style System Rework
- Ports of costumes
