Restores the style rank announcer for the D, C, and B rankings.

This is incomplete and probably will not be finished as audio modding in this at this point is very tedious, and this was only possible from past developer comments.
To install the basic version drag and replace Audio_generic in the CookedPCConsole folder.
Bloody Palace will require tfc installer.
Issues:
- it will play regardless if you jumped a rank
- there's a delay
- A isn't available (the best one rip)
- It will replay if you drop a rank
