REQUIREMENTS
You will need FCH823's TFC Installer for UE3. The installation instructions for this mod are also found on the page for the TFC installer as they are identical for any game which utilizes this program.

What does this mod do?
This mod mechanically and cosmetically alters Rainstorm to mimic its faster PlayStation All-Stars counterpart.
- Reduced startup length by half.
- Applied a new movement window that replicates the classic Rainstorm pop and also allows for manual steering (mild amount of freedom).
- Rebalanced the damage, style gain per hit, and firerate to match the Definitive Edition counterpart. This was done to account for the reduced amount of time spent in the air which keeps its functions as similar as possible to the default version.
