The Chronomancer is an intelligence-based class
This class mod allow you to use the Time magic, you will be able to control the space and the time of your enemies and allies. Give actions points and remove actions point at will. This class also offer a lot of utility to support your team. Beware, using Time magic is not an easy task, casting too many spells can put the caster into an unstable state.
Quick Class Build
The Support Mage : The Chronomancer can be played as a support class. The class offer a various set of skills to support your team, such as Accelero, Renewal, Rewind, Return and much more. You can also use your skills to control your enemy, such as Stop, Decelero, Distorsion, Steal Time and More. For your Attributes you want to max Intelligence and memory. I suggest to combine this class with Hydro for extra healing or Areo for more control. For the talent : Far Out Man is the always good to have, since it give you more control over a large battlefield.
Physical Damage Mage : The Chronomancer can be played as a physical damage class. Your principal source of damage is going to be around Desynchronization, Synchronization adn Wither combined with Anomaly, Wither can be powerful if you succeed to spread the effect. Last Hours, is the perfect boss killer, since the longer the fight duration is, the more powerful this skill become. For your Attributes, you have to max your Intelligence and Wits. Secondly, you have to max out Warfare for the bonus physical damage, also put some points in Necromancy to unlock the skills. Don't forget to pick the Talent Savage Sortilege to land critical hit.

Maya the Time wizard is the expert in Time magic! You can find her :
⦁ Fort Joy: At the start location close to the statue.
⦁ Reaper's Coast: On Lady Vengeance, on the top deck.
⦁ Driftwood Square : Close to the waypoint Shrine.
⦁ Nameless Isle: On Lady Vengeance, on the top deck.
⦁ Arx: At the start location, beside the first shrine
