Since the installation instruction is a bit unclear, here's how I got it to work:
1.) Download .zip file. 2.) Locate the game installation folder (mine looks like this -> d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\DefEd\Data) 3.) Open the .zip file and copy-paste the folder "[Public]" into your installation folder. 4.) It should now look like this -> d:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2\DefEd\Data\Public\Shared\Assets\Textures\Icons\ < "Items_Icons.dds"
VoilĂ ! You now have Better Item Borders :) I hope this helps some folks, because the mod is very convenient and deserving of an endorsement.
Installation instruction not clear... just need to unzip the folder and put it here?? \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original SIn 2
Hi, I just wanted to say, thank you so much for the colorblind feature. (: I am severely colorblind and have issues distinguishing colors as it is. I wish more people would think of us.
Important comment for installation of this mod. 1. Find a core folder where you installed the game 2. Name of this folder can be "Divinity Original Sin2" OR "Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition". I have second variant btw. 3. If your game folder name is "Divinity Original Sin2", you need use recommendation of mod's author. 4. BUT! If your game folder name is "Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition", then you need open it, found folder Data and extract in it all content on the way Public\Shared\Asseta\Textures\Icons from the archive. 5. At the end you need get this way: \Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Eition\Data\Public\Shared\Asseta\Textures\Icons. So folder "DefED" may present ONLY if your common game folder named as "Divinity Original Sin2".
I can't get this to show up. I'd really like to use this. I put it in the directory, but it's not working for me. Is it not compatible with the latest patch?
