Adds earth damage variants to the staff and wand weapons. Now you can finally fully realize your geomancer mage fantasy!

What does this mod do?

Adds another variant to the staffs and wands of the game in a (hopefully) seamless and vanilla-friendly way. It's now possible to find earth staffs and wands in every place you'd otherwise find the vanilla ones: as loot or sold by vendors. Unfortunately there are no unique earth staffs in the game so we'll have to make do with the regular loot ones, but it's better than nothing!

How do they work?

Exactly like your regular run-of-the-mill staffs and wands work, only they do earth damage. If you hit an enemy that's standing in water or blood the staff will turn the surface into oil, akin to poison staffs. The wand will produce an oil puddle wherever you aim at the ground. It also has a nice little earth style projectile.

I can't craft earth staffs or wands?

That's right. This is my first mod so I'm a novice with the divinity engine. Maybe I'll be able to add the recipes in the future.

Does this work with other weapon mods?

Should work, as long as they're not overwriting the staff and wand treasure tables, but I can't guarantee it. If you're unsure, try to load this mod after the offending mod.

Will this throw off the balance of the game?

I don't know. I'm not sure why these weapons weren't in the game in the first place, but I'm sure there was a reason. This mod is not responsible for your oily escapades and the poential destruction that follows. If you're unsure, there's an optional version of the mod that doesn't have any additional oil effects.
