-Changed Dagger Stance from a "Stance" to a normal status.

-Fixed the Conjured Weapon tooltips to show the damage they will actually do with the proper summoned weapon. This requires Norbyte's Script Extender at v50 or later.

-Fixed an issue where Light was doing uniform (and very low) damage no matter the rank that was applied. This fix uses the NSE so make sure you have it active.
-Fixed an issue where Light could do no damage when caused by an Eltariel phantom. -
-Hopefully fixed the Bow Skill Cancel problem once and for all (this bug was infuriating).
-Added some manual UI updating for the bow skills so that the skills update when using or gaining Elf-Shot.
