For some reason this Mid does not appear In the manage Mods screen in definitive game. Is there something I am supposed to do to make it appear? I used Vortex

I have a question about the Sandstorm spell => I have a 2070 and when I cast this spell, the game 100% of the process and the fps drop. I don't find how to managed it ... (drivers are updated), can you help me ?
Since the new patch chaos damage items are not showing up in vendors.
update: not the patch fault but the mod "Greed - Increased Loot Variety" breaks chaos items. To fix this Heleane shared services needs to be UNDER "Greed - Increased Loot Variety" in your mod order. Or just don't play with that mod since it breaks many item related mods.
