130% text scale up and new more readable font. No more squinting and eye hurt

Scales up all the text in the game by 130%, without scaling the UI. Changes the font to more readable Bold Arial. Useful for small monitors and big TVs.
Based on the original idea of LaughingLeader (check this link if you want to customize scaling) and Divinity Original Sin 1 mod
To install copy the extracted fonts files to \Divinity Original Sin2\DefED\Data\Public\Game\GUI\fonts (create missing folders)
To uninstal - just delete the folder
