SkilledUp adds a CombatAbilityPointsBonus of 2 & CivilAbilityPointsBonus of 5 to the talent ' All Skilled Up'.
I got tired of constantly running to the re-spec mirror just to get the loremaster up, since the ability
points are so rare and I can not go without my 'dirty deeds' ;-)
the mod is based on a conversion of TalesOfAnime mod for the classic edition. All Skilled Up -- Civil Point Buff
IMPORTANT:
Mid game compatible BUT make sure to deactivate the Talent 'All Skilled Up' before installing the mod!
Remarks:
Earned points without perks/mods to PLAYER LEVEL 20
Attribute Points 40
Combat Points 21
Civil Points 6
Talent Points 5
since you only earn 5 talent points till level 20, it seems not so overpowered to trade one talent for 5
civil points & 2 combat points. (if you play on tactical or honour mode)
