if you want to have all the racials on any race now you can, the main idea is to give more flexabilty when creating characters so you dont have to play elf cuz flash secrefice OP!1!1 so in theory you should just use one racial to not mess up the balance but nothing stops you from using them all so have fun

YOU NEED TO MAKE NEW SAVE FOR IT TO WORK. It also work on old saves but only for new recruit party members so either the very beginning of the game or mercenaries from lady vengeance.
To instal put the .pak file to Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\Mods folder and activate it in the mod
menu in main menu of the game.
I'm planning on making a mod that will let you learn those racial skills from skillbooks but that is for later.
