Adds a new racial skill for Lizards called Dragon's Frost, an icy counterpart to existing skill Dragon's Blaze.
Existing skill Dragon's Blaze remains intact.
Mod is toggleable at any time.

Adds a new racial skill for Lizards called Dragon's Frost, an icy counterpart to existing skill Dragon's Blaze.
Dragon's Frost skill details:
Breathe frost in a cone, dealing [level based amount of] damage to all non-allied characters.
Can freeze enemy characters.
Mod is toggleable at any time: can be used when starting new game as well as can be enabled on existing save, can be also safely disabled and uninstalled during the ongoing gameplay.
