   Warning: may fuse with normal lockpicks and you may lose it permanently. Be careful especially if you have auto sort and auto packer. I lost mine and I can't get another one unless I restart my game entirely

      Second Note: Found it the moment I stepped on Lady Vengeance. Just don't use the autopacker mods

      I have the same problem. Couldn't find it on lady vengeance either.
