Unlocks certain NPC skills with craftable skillbooks, and adds few completely new ones.

||>> Function:
- Adds new skills and skillbooks for them.
- Makes certain "NPC only abilities" useable by player, and adds skillbooks for them.
- Adds recipes to craft all the new skillbooks.
Skillbooks crafting is done by combining a skillbook with a 'Source Infused Ink & Quill'. The end product can be further transformed into another skill, or back to the original skillbook. There are also a few skillbooks that are made the traditional way of: scroll + blank skillbook method.
Added new spells based on the background abilities with slight tweaks, like:
- Maddening Song now lasts for 2 turns, Blinding Squall lasts for 2 turns, Time Warp is free action, Demonic Stare is only 1 AP, Break the Shackles now removes almost all negative effects not including curse, and Summon Wolf costs 2 AP not 3.

Put the "SkillBookRecipesExpanded.pak" to your:
C:\Users\<USER NAME>\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\Mods -folder.
Launch the game, and from the main menu, pick "Mods" button, and from the submenu, enable the "SkillBookRecipesExpanded".
To uninstall, un-enable the mod from the mod menu, and delete the "SkillBookRecipesExpanded.pak" from:
C:\Users\<USER NAME>\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\Mods -folder.
