This mod simply buffs the range of leadership to 10m, retribution to 10% reflection, perseverance to 10% armor recovery, and wits to 2% crit chance per point. The defense abilities are mostly atrocious, and this should make a couple splash points in them slightly more effective. This hardly maeks wits a viable primary stat, but it should make it feel slightly less like a complete afterthought in Tactician.
