 **Changelog 9/27/2017 - 2**

  - Sneak Damage boost lowered to 1.15x (All difficulties) //Talent is still an additional +0.4x(1.55x total), this may change to make it not overpowering with the 2 ap combat sneak.
  - Magic Armor increased by +2% from previous value (Classic/Players&NPCs)
  - Damage Boost upped to 16% (Classic/Players&NPCs)
  - Dodge Returned to Normal [0%] (Classic/Players&NPCs)
  - Chance to Hit decreased 10% [starting 85% chance to hit] (Classic/Players&NPCs)

//These changes introduce actaully missing hits more often, with buffed damage to compensate.

Changelog 9/27/2017

-Flank Now Applies 15% damage increased debuff (Up from 10% [base])
-Chance to block off-hand attacks with a shield up by 7%
-Sneak now costs 2 AP (Down from 4 [base], may up cost)
-Sneak damage bonus is 1.25x, for ANYONE. (Talent still gives and additional 40% on top of this) [Experimental]
-Sneak Movement Speed [base] up by 5% (This gives everyone the opportunity to use it a little more)
-Sneak increase for point down to 5% from 6% (Makes sure to keep rogue builds from getting a speed boost from the new value)
-Pickpocketing value and weight decreased by 25%  //It seems way to easy for you to pretty much never have to buy anything. (Testing may go up or down, give me feedback!)
-Poisoned food 33% increase in damage (Placeholder, working on "Undead Healing Spells")
-Summons stats per point down to 4 from 5.

-Head Armor Increased 40% (was pretty low, and considering a helmet protects your brain think it should be quite a bit higher)
 -Chest Armor Increased 10%
-Shield Armor Increased 15% (Should make sure that shield gives a substantial buff to armor, since you are more or less giving up 30-50% more damage)
 -Hand Armor Decreased 14%
 -Feet Armor Decreased 16%
 -Amulet Armor Decreased 33%
 -Ring Armor Decreased 33%
// Ring and Amulet will probably be increased, for the most part this should do the armor decreasing but in a more controlable manner; Putting armor on items that should have it more then others.

-Classic Damage Boost lowered to 12% from 18%
-Classic difficulty magic armor increased (8%) (May be raised)
-Classic difficulty physical armor increased (2%)
-Classic difficulty vitality decreased (1%)
