In game, go to - Options > Gameplay > scroll to the bottom, the Automated Hotbar Behaviour section

Items & Objects aren't auto added to your skillbar. Skills still get auto added

This mod is really simple and nothing that special. For those that wish to know what I've done I simply changed the following lines:
data "AddToBottomBar" "Yes"
To
data "AddToBottomBar" "No"
For all Objects and Potions.
For those of you that want the .pak mod folder method of adding it to the game, (aka the way that actually has the game register it as a mod instead of an official patch), I'll add that later when I get the time

What you need to know
Follow the instructions in the readme and it will just work.It won't show up as a mod but proided it's installed correctly will work for MP/Arena & GM as long as you're hosting. That's the benefit of doing it this way.Others will not need it installed for it to workYou don't need to uninstall the mod to play with other people who don't have it.It should also work for GOG provided you've followed the instructions given.
