Mages are finally a force to fear.

Doesn't effect NPCs' spells.

From my point of view, these Magic schools are underpowered, when trying to control and kill enemies : too many turns pass between each spell usage, forcing the mage to rely on his weak staff(s) to deal minor damage.
Melee characters can already deal massive damage even with their skills on cooldown, Hunstman does the same once on high ground, and necro's strength is great.

In comparison, mages feel Meh.

Note : I didn't touch the spells linked with other schools (for example the blood rain, linking hydro and necro), as I only want to buff the weak magic schools.
Same goes for healing and armor granting spells, they already are useful as is.
