Makes Planar Gateway Good - balances out Planar Gateway to make it useful both in and out of combat.
- Permissions and credits
Planar Gateway really sucks, so I made a mod to make it better since movement skills are kinda scarce enough as is. This mod changes Planar Gateway to be in league with other movement spells, rather than a comparatively useless source spell.
Changes:
-No longer requires Source
-Uses only 1 Memory Point
-No AP to cast, 1 AP to activate the gateway (reduces spamming the gate)
-Duration reduced to 2
-CD reduced to 4
-Spellbook icon changed to non-source
