Respec at the Braccus Rex statue waypoint when you first arrive on the Fort Joy Beach.
Notable Issues:
The respec menu does not zoom in on the character like the Act 2 respec
Portrait will turn black until you respec in Act 2
All you need to do to install the mod is take the .pak file and put it in C:\Users\***\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2\Mods.
