The armor has three slots now yes but runes are useless now with this mod, i added a masterwork rune to my greaves that had 3 slots and my armor value didn't change.
Stuck at 111 unless i uncheck the mods to only have one slot. Really disappointed.
Works just fine for me too. Tested with Weapons and Chest Armor. I thought you couldn't get greaves with rune slots in the base game? I didn't find any in about 100 hours of gameplay so maybe it's conflicting with whatever you did to get greaves with rune slots or with another mod entirely?

Btw, this is the same mod as in the workshop. I am not sure if I am allowed to link it, so I won't. It should be easy enough to find.
