I made this mod to make the respec mirror more accessible since the Lady Vengeance has... a pest problem.
The Respec Mirror is near the spawn of each island when you first exit the boat.
I suggest using the following mod by Zrexin in conjunction with mine to avoid the Black Portrait bug:
Fort Joy Respec

Known Issues:
When you respec at Fort Joy you will have a blank portrait until you respec again later. (Without Zrexin's mod)
