Add a working respec mirror in Fort Joy, Driftwood and Arx. For people who can't go on boat second floor because of some bug.

Fort Joy :
At the entrance of Fort Joy, when you arrived from the coast.

I haven't personally test mirror in Fort Joy and Driftwood as my savegame is more advanced. Don't hesitate to report bugs.
