Fix the resistance provided by Frost Rune to Water instead of Air, even tho it may have been intended by Larian, it's retardo.
Fix the damage % of the Framed and Mystical frost rune to 15%.

Install:

Unrar the mod into your "/mod/" folder (either the documents and settings one or the program files one) then activate it in the main menu.

It shouldn't break your save. 
If it does, well.. dont sue me.
