Makes it so that Tentacle Lash, Bull Rush and Petrifying Visage scale with your weapon stat (STR / FIN / INT) rather than just strength.

Ideally I would like if Bull Rush and Tentacle Lash didn't scale with INT and Petrifying Visage only scaled with INT but I can't figure out a way to get that done.
