Try to update the game to the latest version, that seemed to work for some people. And try to download divinity editor 2. It should be free to download and that will come with texture for malady's armors. Please leave a comment on weather that solves it or not.
Update: I am unable to continue to fix the bug. I am a student and I dont have much free time. I will be having an average of 1 exam/ week.

This is a guide of replacing armours
ABOUT:
One mod replaces tier 1-3 strength based elf female Armor with malady's crown and her set. I let the starter ones in act 1 so you dont get it before you actually meet malady
The other replaces tier 2 human female mage armor and pants with blackring fearmaiden/ witch's outfit. Some one messaged me to do so. Tier 1 armour is one piece and deletes all the other parts, so i need to learn how to attatch the models together. And tier 3 should be skimpy enough for pervs.
Just a quick mod so you can wear some cool looking armor. I thought about replacing other human male armor, but there is paladin replacement so mods wont work together.
I can also add the face of malady (half elf half demon) to charactor creation as well if you guys want.
I am not a modder so i hope this mod can buy time for the true moders to publisher their amazing works.
INSTALL:
unzip and just move the data folders to divinity original sin 2 folder. (if using steam: disk:\(installed location)\Steam\steamapps\common\Divinity Original Sin 2). Do not put them in documents.
Also, if you are using other mods that edit the armour that replace the same pieces, it may cause crash or one may not boot.
