It works very well. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the DOS EE mod - No item weight and minor inventory change, which also edits the Object.txt file. I could edit manually, but I don't really know what to edit... (except the weight)

How could I remove the limitation on number of learnable skill?

An unfortunate side effect is that it seems to stop vendors from selling new skillbooks after levelling up. All other items refresh, but not the books.

I'm not aware of skill vendors selling new skillbooks after levelling up in the vanilla game, though. Do you mean that their stock doesn't refill after buying the books, or that they just don't change?

Yeah, each time you level up they are supposed to restock with different skillbooks. Btw is it possible to remove the limitation of some master skills of being allowed to only use once per battle?

Sure, but that's not for this mod. These are instructions on how to change them around, though:

(The reason I'm not sending you a ready to go file is because you might want to change around the cooldowns anyway, so you'd want to follow the coming instructions anyway)

If you open Skilldata.txt in /Data/Public/Shared/Stats/Generated/Data, you will find the skills you mention there: Earthquake, Meteor Storm, Storm, Crawling Infestation, Coup De Grace etc... in the file. These instructions are applicable to Earthquake, respectively. Use CTRL+F to find the other skills in the file.

      - go to line 15021. This is where you see: new entry "Quake_Earthquake"
      - looking some lines below that, you can see that the data "Cooldown" value is "-1"
      - change this "-1" to the value you yourself want to use, 8-10 seems to be normal for Master skills
      - Ta-da! This should now be the cooldown time.
      - If it didn't work, I hope I get back to your reply sooner than I did just now!

As for the vendors not refreshing skill books, I'm not sure what the issue there could be, but it's likely engine-based and then indeed an unfortunate issue.

Didn't check after level up, but they sure do refresh each hour in case someone is wondering.

wait is it possible to add more skills via the skilldata.txt file by copying/pasting an old one then modifying the variables(aoe, ap cost, etc) and changing textures?

Not sure anyones around to comment, but id really like to know how you altered the files so i can make this change to the scales mod. Ive compared all files enclosed but am unable to see an actual difference even though i know there is one when i play. Im probably just missing something obvious but i really can't find any actual alterations or differences at all.

id actually like to know this too, havnt rly changed anything yet in divinity other than adding four charactor creation mod, but realised u cant mix mods for some reason (forums were saying it had to do with mods modifying the storyline or something along those lines?) any ideas on how i can add this to four charactor creation?
      thnx for the mod btw
