Bug: I lost all of my armor when I went through the first portal and did everything naked. When I didn't pick up the boots my game crashed when I clicked on the portal. I have a build that makes everything easy for anyone wondering. Traits: Lone wolf, Leech, Glass cannon Stats: 8 strength 8 speed then 10 strength Abilities: 4 Two handed, 4 Body building then max both and 3 Willpower Feedback: Add skill books of every element for diversity. Make everything buy-able through a reward system. Nerf the final boss, he took me 30 auto-saves. I hope to see more soon.
I really appreciate your feedback! You are suppose to lose your armor when you go through the portal, the first battle is your execution! I am aware of the bug that crashes your game if all the armor is not picked up, I'm working on a fix.
Balancing is hard, as i'm getting mixed feedback. Some wants the boss buffed, and some wants him nerfed.. I realized that if you do not have a sword & shield tankish build, the boss is nearly impossible to kill. I will look into this, and release a balancing update soon, it will contain some more diversity & skills.
Did you pick up all of Jakes equipment? on the table there should be a sword, body armor, braces and there should be a pair of boots next to the table.
I just discovered that if you do not have all of the items with you, it crashes. I will see what I can do about it.
Would be nice if this was labled as WIP. Was kinda disappointed at the "to be continued sign" after 15mins of play. What you have so far was pretty good though. I enjoyed playing your mod. I would like to have seen some more skill/spell options or even some dex weapons. Right now the only option was to pump str and punch them.
Thanks for the feedback! What this mod currently have is a skeleton. I released it at this stage to get it bug free so that no problem occurs when I release the next update.
The Pit is for poor people, I am not going to spoil anything, but when you reach the City of Calyps and begin fighting in the real Arena you'll start getting more and more options for your fighting style. Unfortunately you'll never see the bow or spells such as fireball when you are fighting in the Arena, but skills are definitely coming.
I will agree with you, I was sad when it was To be continued, but only because I was enjoying it Keep up the good work, can't wait to play the whole thing.
