Changes global difficulty modifiers for the Tactician and Honour modes to make the game more challenging.

INSTALLATION:
Simply copy the Data folder to the main game directory, nothing will be overwritten. When launching the game it will show a warning message about invalid files, this can be ignored.
The mod changes Tactician and Honour mode modifiers (compared to vanilla):
* Party HP -25%
* All enemies:
HP +30%
+1 to all main attributes (Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, Constitution, Speed and Perception)
+1 Initiative
+1 Movement
+1 Bodybuilding
+1 Willpower
+5% hit chance
