I've always wanted a Dishonored 2 skill and playstyle randomizer, so I've made one. This is an utility that gives you a randomly generated Dishonored character build. It's intended for New Game+ only.

I've always wanted a Dishonored 2 skill and playstyle randomizer, so I've made one. This is an utility that gives you a randomly generated Dishonored character build. It's intended for New Game+ only, as the Corvo and Emily skills will be shuffled, and you are supposed to only use the skills that come up, and only play in the style that comes up in the executable. (pacifist, lethal, etc.)
Also the randomizer app is built with the care so that skills like Shadow Kill and Devouring Swarm won't come up for a pacifist style randomized build.
In order to use, just extract the .rar file and run the executable. It requires nothing.
The Homebrew Rules:
-You play on Very Hard difficulty with Iron Man savegame mode so that your savegame is deleted if you die. (Except if you get the Lucky Draw that allows you to Load once if you die)
-Except for the very first mission (where you don't have access to powers yet); your displayed lethality and stealth score must be within the boundaries of the specified playstyle at the end of each mission, and if it's not your run is therefore over.
-Obviously, you can only assign points to, and use the abilities that are specified. Whenever you collect an Outsider Shrine, you can max out one of the abilities that you have, otherwise you can't put points on them until then. (Except if you get the Lucky Draw that allows you to max out the assigned abilities immediately from the start)
-If you've drawn the Non-Lethal approach, you don't have to assign points to the potentially lethal perks of abilities and passive skills (like Greater Windblast, or Superior Deflection perks)
-If you get the Bonecharm Crafting, you can craft only one Bonecharm with it. (Except if you get the Lucky Draw that allows you to craft more than one)
-You are allowed to use The Heart only after the mission A Crack In The Slab.
-You can't solve the Jindosh Puzzle by yourself (you have to infiltrate either the gang or the Overseers to get it) unless you've drawn any Lucky Draw. If you've drawn any Lucky Draw, you are free to attempt to solve the puzzle by yourself without doing dangerous infiltration.
-You have to also kill or spare the mission targets according to whether it's been drawn to spare or kill them. This extends to optional/additional targets like Paolo and Byrne.
-Whether you should do Optional Missions or not are also randomized. But finding the Black Market on Edge of the World and infiltrating Overseers/Howlers on Dust District does not count as Optional Missions for the purpose of this challenge. So you are allowed to do them even if you are forbidden from doing Optional Missions.
===========Installation============
Nothing. Just download, extract the .rar, run the .exe and use it.
Exit and run it again to reroll a character.
It will also generate a text file, so you can review what you've drawn whenever you want.
