Since Dishonored: Death of the Outsider doesnt have its own nexus page, im uploading it here.
Easier that shadow in Dishonored 2. Still, if you don't like to be THAT stealthy, here is the save.
Place save here:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Saved Games\Arkane Studios\Dishonored2\base\savegame
In total with my saves you can get 6 achievements:
Mercenary Work
Art Aficionado
Mightier than the Sword
Shadow
Final Release (if you chose to save him)
Good Old Times
Each save is in separate folder, named the same as achievement you gonna get from it. Shadow, because its ending, will unlock 3 achievements at once - Shadow, Final Release (if you chose to save him), Good Old Times.

Okay, I have downloaded save, achievement is not unlocking. YOU LIED TO ME!
Duh, they won't unlock by magic. You need to finish last 1% of the achievement. Here is list what to do:
Mercenary Work - teleport down and kill last guy.
Art Aficionado - drop down and steal last painting.
Mightier than the Sword - kill guy by shooting him with gun.
Shadow, Final Release, Good Old Times - talk to the Daud and chose not to kill outsider. They will unlock as soon as cutscene ends (last one).
