Some things to know

NPCs will treat you as if you are Corvo. This means that hostile NPCs will now detect you, which previously would not happen when playing as Daud in the main campaign using the method by xezrunner, unless you attacked them.

You can now pick up the bone charms from the Void Walker's Arsenal DLC without crashing the game.

Some of Daud's gear is useless in the main campaign, due to the fact that the NPCs in the main game are different to the NPCs in the DLC campaign. Daud's wristbow and powers work fine for the most part, but you will probably notice some minor issues. Chokedust grenades are mostly useless due to the fact that they can only stun/disorient enemies for half a second, instead of the expected 4 seconds of confusion. Arc/stun mines conflict with springrazors and introduce other issues, so I've instead allowed Daud to use springrazors. Daud's pull power is not available because of a few different reasons, but it's not completely functional anyway because you can only use it to pull distant items and not enemies.

As in the original method to play as Daud, you will keep Corvo's sword but gain Daud's wristbow.

Samuel will not become hostile when he sees that you are carrying Sokolov.


The issues I mentioned above could potentially be fixed at some point, but for now I'm done working on it and I wanted to release the mod as is. Unfortunately, without complete modding tools, modding this game is very cumbersome.
