Initial version
This mod adjusts the score displayed on the town awards screen so you can reach 100% in happiness and amenities, instead of being capped at 66.7%. It also caps the economy value to 100%, instead of going ever-higher as you spend more money in town.
No changes are made to the logic that generates a star rating, as that can already reach 5 stars.
This mod does not change any data that gets saved, it only affects the calculation used to determine scores when looking at the awards screen. Because of this the mod is safe to add and remove as desired.
