'Rotate' your inventory, so that you can get whatever your carrying into your toolbelt quickly and easily.

Hold down left shift as you scroll the mouse wheel either up or down to 'rotate' your inventory rows and toolbelt up or down to quickly access any carried items.
Works while in the main game, with your inventory open, or with a container open, but not in any other menus or windows.
Can be set to use keys instead of the mouse wheel.
Will only scroll the length of the shorter bar, meaning if your inventory rows or toolbelt is currently longer than the other due to licences, the extra at the end will be ignored and stay where it is.

- Modifier Key: Key to hold down while either scrolling the mouse wheel or pressing the up and down keys (None to disable). (Default: Left Shift)
- Up Key: Press this key while holding down the Modifier Key (if enabled) to rotate your inventory rows up. (Default: None)
- Down Key: Press this key while holding down the Modifier Key (if enabled) to rotate your inventory rows down. (Default: None)
- Scrollwheel: Should scrolling the Mouse Wheel up and down be used instead of Up and Down Keys? (Default: True)
