Enables Island Hosts to toggle bombs and bows on/off. Provides a way to enable "Peaceful Mode" to prevent unwanted griefing.

Notifications for who is trying to actively spam bombs appears to notify the host
Default keybinds are '[' to toggle bombs and ']' to toggle bows. These can be changed using the config file
