Doesn't look washed out on my monitor. Just like resident evil 2 and 3 remakes. The monitor makes the difference.

I'm sorry to bother you, but I wonder if using reshade on Diablo IV will result in account suspension?

  Sorry for the late reply, no it will not result in that because it does not modify any game files, all it does is add new files which the game itself does not interact with and is safe to use
