Modifies and makes improvements on boots by making them socketable and able to become Runewords for D2RMM.
Note- All Boots can be made socketable through the Larzuk Quest. Currently there is No Cube Recipe to add Sockets to Boots. Maybe in the near future from me? This mod enables All Boot Types to Drop with 1 to 4 sockets in the wild or use the Larzuk Quest to add Max Sockets.
