With this new system i propose, you can find strong magic or rare items in which you can inscribe your runeword, making your items truly unique.
How does it work?
Simple: you just put the item you want to inscribe in the Cube together with the rune combination and you transmute them into a Runed Item.
In order to avoid making items obscenely overpowered I distilled the old runewords and took only their core properties. Each formula can be found below. Please note that not all the old runewords are included (a lot of them would just be duplicated based on this new method).
I tried to keep the formulas to Low to Mid tier runes, in order to encourage you to use them as much as possible, and i also changed some runewords to make them more interesting (while toning down some of the more overpowered ones)
The high tier runes can still be socketed in your Runed Items since you will get sockets if you use normal or magical bases, and the rare items you can still socket at Larzuck.
When inscribed, normal item bases will get the maximum number of sockets, magic items will get 1 to 3 sockets, rare items will not get any new extra sockets.
