Installation:

- Download and install D2RMM, then run it.
- Download and extract the ClassRebalancer mod folder to /D2RMM/mods/
- Enable the skill changes you want with the 'Settings' button
- Click 'install mods'

*** PLEASE READ ***:

- Most skill changes were only tested minimally, feedback is welcome
- Please let me know if you feel any skills have become too powerful or are still too weak
- The goal of this mod is not to create the next best build, but only to narrow the gap between them

- Read the info bubbles in the D2RMM settings menu for more detail on what each change does

- Bone Spear skill description indicates # of Teeth instead of # of Bone Spears because a "# of Bone Spears" string doesn't exist and I did not want to add new .tbl strings

- Freezing Arrow's Ice Arrow synergy displays 0% Freeze Length duration at all levels in order to display the new Radius synergy underneath it
- Freezing Arrow's Ice Arrow synergy displays +0.3 radius initially, but the radius isn't actually applied until Ice Arrow is at least level 5 (hard points)

Other Mods:

Light Pillars Expanded for D2RMM: Adds a light pillar effect to selected items to make them easier to see on the ground.

Move Deckard Cain for D2RMM: Makes Deckard Cain spawn near the Stash, Malah, or Larzuk in act 5.

Breakpoint and Recipe UI Panels: Adds UI Panels with Breakpoint and Cube Recipe information.

Runewords Info UI Panel for D2RMM: Replaces original Help screen with Runewords info panel.

Carry Multiple Unique Charms: Allows you to carry more than one Hellfire Torch, Annihilus, and Gheed's Fortune.

Make Rares Great Again for D2RMM: Improves Rare Weapons, Body Armor, Helmets, and Shields without top-end power creep.

Reduce Item Clutter for D2RMM: Replaces unwanted items with NoDrop at various strictness levels.
