Since there's no tool to backport meshes, only her textures have been modified.
Download the main file. Extract the .7z file. Put the mods folder into your D2R main directory. Next, create a shortcut to D2R.exe in the main directory with "-mod AmazonRetouch -txt" command line in the shortcut's target line.
Move your save files(.d2s) from "C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected" to "C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\mods\AmazonRetouch"
