Description

This is a simple mod that allows you to skill up over level 20, to the max of level 40.
Installation
=========
Follow the first 4 steps to extract the data folder into your d2r folder:

Then copy skills.txt into data/global/excel folder (overwrite, or backup the original file, if you prefer).
Lastly, do step 6 in the guide, add "-direct -txt" to additonal command line arguments in Bnet launcher.
