Description
=========
This is a simple mod that allows you to cast Thunder Storm, Teleport, Hurricane, Shout, Battle Orders and Battle Command in town, so you can pre-buff everything in town before going into battle.
Certain skill animations, like Druid's Hurricane or Barbarian warcry skills wont be visible in town but they are already cast and is in effect.
Installation
=========
Follow the first 4 steps to extract the data folder into your d2r folder:

Then copy skills.txt into data/global/excel folder (overwrite, or backup the original file, if you prefer).
Lastly, do step 6 in the guide, add "-direct -txt" to additonal command line arguments in Bnet launcher.
