This is just a merge of the two mods Better SP(https://www.nexusmods.com/diablo2resurrected/mods/2) and D2rPlus(Was removed) Neither of these mods are mine and as far as I can currently tell everything from both mods works fine.
I take no credit for this.

make a backup of this folder before installing updated mods C:\Users\[username]\Saved Games\Diablo II Resurrected\mods\D2rPlus

(There is now a version with the cube recipes from better SP instead of D2rPlus. Just replace the MPQ file if you have downloaded before.)
How to install:
Open your file manager and navigate to your Diablo II Resurrected installation directory, usually located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II Resurrected"
Create a new folder named "mods" in the Diablo II Resurrected installation directory
Create "Karla" folder into the new "mods" folder and place Karla2.mpq there
It should look like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II Resurrected\mods\Karla\Karla2.mpq"
Create a new shortcut for D2R.exe
Right click on the new shortcut, right-click and select properties of the made shortcut, and add Target parameters      -mod Karla2
Example:
Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II Resurrected\D2R.exe" -mod Karla2
Start in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II Resurrected"
Start Diablo II Resurrected using the new shortcut and enjoy :)


Known issues:
Cube Recipes from d2rPlus instead of Better SP(Will add a different MPQ with Better SP cube recipes when I get time to make it)
