This D2RMM mod allows you to cast more skills in town.
The "All Skills" configuration option allows all skills to be cast in town rather than only adding movement and buffing skills (Armageddon, Battle Command, Battle Orders, Charge, Hurricane, Leap, Shout, Teleport, Thunder Storm).
