Swaps the appereance of the standard hammerdin gear to something else

Hi, this is my first mod.
I didn't like the appereance of the hammedin gear, so I made a mod that changes it as it follows:
Flail -> Long Sword
Harlequin Crest (or any cap/war hat/shako) -> Great Helm
Archon Plate (Only AP, not Mage Plate or Light Plate) -> Chaos Armor
Optional:
Flail -> Kinemil's Awl
Herald of Zakarum (or any glided shield) -> Monarch
Just copy and paste the MODS folder into your D2R folder and add this line:
-mod transmog -txt
This mod won't change the item appereance in your inventory, only the 3D models
Works MP and SP, however other players won't see this mod because it's local.
Also, for whatever reason, the helmet will look green/armor will look like archon plate in the online character selection screen, but in game it will look normal. I have no idea how to fix this
